Tango with Winnie & Janice building a youth orchestra, Madison, WI

March 11, 2026 - March 15, 2026

Winnie & Janice will be working with the brilliant youths of Amber Dolphin, Madison, WI, to build a tango orchestra from scratch!  Winnie shall have her own arrangements to share with the kids eager to learn!  Thank you Amber for your support, initiative and love!  So much love!!!
