Tango with Winnie premieres WEAVE IN, a work written in the pandemic for choir, bandoneon and piano by the magnificent by IU Professor Aaron Travers at the commissioning church, Bloomington Unitarian Universalist Church of Indiana.

Tango with Winnie exploring new listening venues with her band at North Street Cabaret in Madison, WI! It’s a legit jazz club usually - and we will turn it tango that night! Hear that grand piano roar!!!
Tango with Winnie returns to the retirement community of Plymouth Place, La Grange, IL, for another performance of song, storytelling and dance to make sure Tango is indeed for everyone. Open Seating. Public is welcome if you PM Winnie!
Moving on to the hottest and newest jazz bars of Milwaukee, Tango with Winnie quartet intend to bring the cutting edge of Argentine Tango to the most open-minded people of the Midwest! Returning to one of Winnie's favorite pianos in Chicago at the Oak Park School of Music, Quartet Tango with Winnie vows to bring Tango to EVERYONE! Come listen, dance, and support us at a well-loved educational space run by Winnie's old friend Joann Cho from the Eastman School of Music! It's a great school of music for all ages! Bring EVERYONE to this concert! and yes! We push away the chairs and dance when the party gets going!! Bring dance shoes!
Winnie is honored to be invited by the Fairview Youth Orchestra to coach and to perform on the bandoneon with these wonderful local youths! My daughter and son will be on stage with me! Public absolutely welcome! Save the date! More details TBA!

Extra festive this milonga: Dance Workshop with the legendary teachers from Louisville, Kentucky, Clay Marshall & Cherie Lanier will give an hour-and-a-half workshop before the live music milonga! This will be a band of at least 7 musicians! TANGO IN BLOOMINGTON!

Tango with Winnie along with her good friend bandoneonista Yukie Kawanami will play live at Una Más! milonga in Tokyo, Japan! Come for a great whiskey, dance some great tandas, and meet friends old and new! The piano is one of Winnie’s favorites!
Tango with Winnie joins forces with her good friend Yukie Kanawami to bring live bandoneon & piano music to the last milonga of the year by Chizuko at Efecto Tango Estudio, Tokyo, Japan. Perhaps there will be songs with 2 bandoneones as well; Don’t miss it!
Winnie will return to Taiwan in 2025! Winnie had 2 wonderful tours in Taipei in 2016 and 2024, and she is more than pleased to go back to Asia to do a lot of educational outreach to school children and performances for dancers! Going with American-Taiwanese tango violinist Janice Lee & a special guest from Argentina, Winnie is beyond equipped to present multiple workshops, outreach events, concerts and milonga live sets all over Taiwan from February 15 - March 16, 2025.
