Let’s Tango In Winnie Universe 女人們！來探戈吧！

探戈，誕生於19世紀末的阿根廷與烏拉圭港口，是移民、勞工與各色人種交織出的靈魂樂章。它融合了非洲鼓點、歐洲舞曲與拉美民謠，最初在街頭與小酒館間流轉，逐漸發展為今日聞名世界的阿根廷探戈。雖然人們常以為探戈是由男性主導、男女共舞的傳統舞蹈，但其實，探戈的核心從來不是性別，而是連結、對話與即興創造。

1977年，聯合國正式承認3月8日為「國際婦女節」，並鼓勵各國促進性別平等。如今，婦女節已不僅限於紀念歷史，更是關於女性在各領域的成就、權利與自由的象徵。不同國家以不同方式慶祝，有些地方舉行遊行、論壇或文化活動，而在部分國家，婦女節也是法定假日。

女人們，來探戈吧！探戈不只是男人與女人的故事。

3/8 Let’s Tango In Winnie Universe

出生於香港、在美國長大的 Winnie Wingyee Cheung  是 Eastman School of Music 的作曲博士，也是鋼琴家、班多鈕手風琴演奏家。

那是2014年的夏天。當時，我和丈夫剛從撫養兩個年幼孩子的忙碌生活中稍作喘息，偶然來到街角的一間小瑜伽教室，參加我們人生中的第一堂探戈課。我們從未跳過舞，也從未聽過探戈的音樂。然而，當我們笨拙地尋找自己的膝蓋與腳踝時，卻完全被這場「行走的舞蹈」所蘊含的連結力量震撼了。

年輕人與長者共舞，高個子與矮個子共舞，窮人與富人共舞，歐洲人與亞洲人共舞，女人與女人共舞。他們之間沒有言語，只有音樂與肢體的交融。

至此之後，Winnie開始帶著班多鈕，把探戈帶到世界各地。

這次的音樂會有台灣探戈音樂家王絲涵(Winnie2)、 施欣妤、黃冠智、胡峻銓，與Winnie Cheung以及合作已久的小提琴家，這次的音樂會將為你帶來阿根廷原汁原味的探戈炫風。

Originally from Hong Kong, Winnie is a globetrotting musician holding a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Chicago and Masters and Doctorate from the Eastman School of Music in Piano and Music Composition. She taught classes in music composition, theory, piano, choir, and music appreciation from ages 5 to 95 in Canada/USA until tango found her.

Argentine tango fits like a glove as Winnie’s prime medium of expression, now with the bandoneon as her second instrument along with the piano.

Tango has everything Winnie needs: theatricals, dance, music, exotic poetry based on everyday themes for and by everyday people, and the universality of the experience. Winnie has most things that could be of service to tango: classically-trained pair of piano hands, European-contemporary-classical composer’s brain, multi-lingual tongue, untrained but functional pair of dancer’s legs, and most importantly, a passionate Southerner’s temperament and a wide-open mind.

出生於香港、在美國長大的 Winnie Wingyee Cheung  是 Eastman School of Music 的作曲博士，也是鋼琴家、班多鈕手風琴演奏家。她對探戈音樂的熱愛與研究、以及親切與友善的性格，推廣探戈音樂不遺餘力，一年超過百場的演出足跡遍佈全球，從北美、南美到亞洲，她無與倫比的舞台魅力讓所有聽過她演奏的人都跟著她一起愛上探戈，讓阿根廷當地的音樂家都認可她說她是這十年來最重要的探戈音樂大使。

而長期與她合作的台裔小提琴家 Janice Lee  李芝儀，是Winnie最重要的夥伴，也是Winnie宇宙裡面最亮的那顆行星！Janice是 University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign 小提琴演奏博士，她可以說是我認識的音樂家裡面最可以稱上十項全能的小提琴家，她除了古典小提琴演奏之外，能駕馭如爵士、美國草根民謠等等多種音樂風格，她演奏的探戈小提琴更是充滿了千變萬化的音色以及豐沛的情感，在她的演奏裡可以聽到滄桑的婦人對過往愛情的哀悼，又可以聽到清純少女對於世界的美好嚮往，激情高亢也能低迴婉轉，實在是魅力無窮。

3月8日 台北市 迪化街 國際婦女節音樂會

在這個特別的日子裡，Tango with Winnie 將與台北市的兩位Winnie及其朋友們齊心協力，舉行盛大的國際婦女節慶祝活動，呈現一場精彩的探戈表演！Winnie Wang 和 Winnie Cheung 在2024年台灣巡演中結下深厚的友誼，這次她們忍不住想再次一起演出。

我們誠摯邀請您與我們一起在充滿氛圍的迪化街會場，欣賞優雅的鋼琴演奏和激情四溢的探戈舞蹈。這將是一個慶祝女性力量與藝術的美好時刻，讓我們共同在音樂和舞蹈中感受彼此的連結。
