Tango With Winnie Quartet

A fixed formation under the constellation of Tango with Winnie, Tango with Winnie Quartet features Winnie not as a pianist, but as a bandoneonista in a traditional quartet setting.

This elite quartet carries both traditional and modern repertoire that is rarely heard LIVE in North America, with emphasis in late Troilo, Pugliese, Julian Peralta and the like.

The Quartet performs in concerts big and small, milongas, festivals, community outreach, university presentations, and more. Standard milonga repertoire is ready-and-available. Each production is custom-tailored to your event.

Together with Winnie’s longtime tour partner violinist Janice Lee, bassist Pablo Zavattieri and pianist Guillermo Casal, Winnie manages to perform regularly with this quartet all over the country and rehearse with true vigor despite living 300+ miles apart in the Midwest USA.
